His involvement with several national African teams and the 2013 AFCON glory has made him one to be sought after, going by World football coaches ranking source listed a number of coaches for the month of September regarded as the best in terms if managing national teams

2014 World cup winning coach Joachim Low is first with 20848 points, followed by Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque (17507), whileOscar Tabarez (Uruguay) is third with 15820 points, Cesare Prandelli (Italy) occupies 4th with 13745 and  Paulo Bento of Portugal is 5th with 13461

There is no African coach in the top 10, the nearest an African got is 14th, which is occupied by none other than Stephen Keshi with 10,547 points; falling behind Marc Wilmots of Belgium (13th) on 10741
