Former head coach of Nigeria's U17 male national team, Willy Bazuaye has died after a reported 12-years battle with stroke
Former Golden Eaglets coach, Willy Bazuaye has passed on.
Willy Bazuaye who led the Nigerian U-17 team to win the World Cup in China 1985, died today, Monday, March 16 at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital in Benin City.
Bazuaye who was last seen publicly at the celebrity segment of 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' television show two years ago was terribly sick in his last days.
Bazuaye was also part of the backroom staff of Nigeria under-23 team that won Gold at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996.
