The friendly will be played on Monday, January 9, 2017.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria and Pharaohs of Egypt last met in the double header for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Kadunna and Alexendria.
The first leg in Nigeria ended in a 1-1 draw while Egypt edged the Super Eagles 1-0 in the second leg in March 2016.
That victory ensured that the pharaohs qualified for the 2017 AFCON at the expense of the Super Eagles.
Egypt will use the friendly against the Super Eagles to prepare for the 2017 AFCON campaign.
With the foreign based players at their respective clubs, Rohr will be using local-based stars for the clash.
