Former Liverpool captain, Steven Gerrard is getting used to life at his new base, Los Angeles.

The midfielder who know plays for LA Galaxy in the American Major League Soccer (MLS) said he has bumped into rapper Kanye West, his wife, Kim Kardashian and boxer, Floyd Mayweather as he gets used to life in the city.

"Alex and I went into a restaurant the other day and we saw Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, it was so strange but amazing. So different. They were just sat there eating," Gerrard told the UK Mirror.

Gerrard also said he saw undefeated boxer, Mayweather and revealed that the boxer looked so small.

"Then, the other day I saw Floyd Mayweather just walking down the street, it was mad. Just really strange to see," Gerrard said.

"I didn't realise how small he is. We've seen some celebrities around and about since being here."

The former England captain on Saturday made his debut for LA Galaxy in their 2-1 victory over Club America in the International Champions Cup.

He is set to make his MLS debut on July 18th, when his side host the San Jose Earthquakes.
