Police in Manchester are threatening to seize the car of Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero.

The goalkeeper was also driving without a tax while he was stopped.
He was told that his car will be taken should he not correct the misdemeanours.
“Shortly after 5:20pm on Thursday 14 January 2016, police stopped a foreign registered Ferrari 314 on Victoria Street in Manchester City Centre,” a Greater Manchester Police spokesperson is quoted to say by .
“The owner is a UK resident and the car is believed to have been in the country for a number of months without being taxed or registered in the UK.
“The owner was reported to the DVLA and issued with a warning that if the car is not taxed and registered for use in the UK then it will be seized.”
