That goal, the only one in the game gave Villarreal all three points and took them through to the next round of the competition.
Chukwueze was on from the start in the game and played from the left win in the first half.
He switched to the right wing in the second half and got his goal from there.
He was displeased when he was taken off in the 76th minute for Gerard Moreno and showed his frustration.
The goal on Thursday night in Turkey is also the first one for the 21-year-old in the Europa League this season.
