Summer signing Shkodran Mustafi has been impressive at the heart of Arsenal defence alongside Laurent Koscielny and Ferdinand believes Gunners’ back four can land them a title this season.

“This is the best back four I have seen at Arsenal for many a year," Ferdinand who is now a football pundit writes in the Evening Standard.

"They are settled and look confident.

"Laurent Koscielny has been one of the most consistent defenders for the last few seasons and has found a great partner in summer signing Shkodran Mustafi.”
