A 1-0 win away at Ikorodu United gave Wikki Tourists all the three points as they stay on top of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) after matchday 20.

Idris Guda scored the only goal of the match at Onikan Stadium late into the game to sink the hosts further into relegation trouble.

Champions Enyimba continue with their poor form, falling 2-1 away at Nasarawa United 2-1.

The current NPFL champions scored first in the seventh minute through Ifeanyi George before Nasarawa equalised 17 minutes later via an Esosa Igbinoba penalty. Abdulrahman Bashir scored Nasarawa’s winner from close range.

Enugu Rangers battled to a surprise 2-1 victory over Eastern rivals Heartland, their first win in Owerri in years.

Coach Gbenga Ogunbote won his first match on his return as Shooting Stars Sports Club who thrashed Akwa United 3-0.

Niger Tornadoes beat FC IfeanyiUbah 2-1 while Sunshine Stars and Abia Wariors played out a 1-1 draw in Akure.

Rivers United beat Lobi Stars 1-0 in Port Harcourt while 2014 champions Kano Pillars beat Plateau United 1-0 in Kano.
