Bayelsa United hold Sharks to goalless draw in Port Harcourt

Sharks and Bayelsa United played out a nil-nil draw in the Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt to round up NFPL match day 5 fixtures.

 

The remaining fixture of the match day 5 of the Nigeria Football Professional League between Bayelsa United and Sharks FC ended in a goalless draw.

Sharks on Thursday, April 23 dominated possession for most of the game but Bayelsa's defence led by returnee goalkeeper, Bassey Akpan limited them a very few chances.

Bayelsea United got the best chance of the game in the 60th minute.

Benard Okorowanta messed up the chance as he chose to blast the ball over the bar instead of passing to any of three mates for easy tap in.
