New Aston Villa defender croons Usher's song during initiation

Micah Richard croons Usher's 1998 hit song 'Nice & Slow' during his initiation in front new teammates

He hasn't been on song for a long time on the field after having a torrid time on loan in Italy with Fiorentina.

Micah Richards however wants to start on a clean bill in England with Aston Villa and wants to always be on song.

He kicked off his Aston Villa career with a rendition of Usher's 'Nice & Slow' during his initiation ceremony in front of his new teammates.

Players in most clubs are made to dance and sing in front of their new teammates as a form of initiation

Richard is currently in Portugal with his new teammate and chose Usher's 1998 hit 'Nice and Slow' to impress.

Alan Hutton shared the moments on his Instagram accounts.

Richards joined Villa on a four-year deal at the start of the month after his contract at Manchester City had expired.
