Van Gaal angered by Valdes’ link to Liverpool

Media reports have been linking Victor Valdes with a move to Liverpool despite the goalie training with the Red Devils

United boss Louis Van Gaal is angered by media reports linking free agent Victor Valdes to Liverpool despite the Spaniard training with the Red Devils.

Van Gaal has called it 'a mistake' while expressing his constant anger.

"It's only talk from you, not from us, not from Victor Valdes, not from nobody - only the media.

"But I am not here to inform the media. You have to wait and listen and see and that's it.''

Van Gaal’s anger was ignited when he was asked whether Valdes was leaving for Liverpool.

He said:”OK - then he goes to Liverpool.

"You are suggesting, and it's a big mistake to do that as the media.

"That's why I'm always angry, because you are inventing stories. There are no stories. He is training here, I give him the possibility, and then we shall see."
