Players hide from West Ham fans attack (video)
As the United players and officials bus arrived at the Upton Park, all sorts of object were thrown at the team bus.
Forward Jesse Lingard shared a video of himself and his teammates cowering in their team bus. A part of the team bus was damaged from the attack.
This happened ahead of United 3-2 loss at Upton Park, the last game played at the historic home of Manchester United.
Bottles and other objects were thrown by West Ham fans forcing the 19.45 kick-off to be delayed until 20.30.
In the video posted by Lingard the likes of Michael Carrick,Anthony Martial and Adnan Januzaj are seen ducking for cover the aisles as objects were thrown at their bus.
The players were also capturing the moments with their camera phones.
West Ham bade farewell to the Boleyn Ground after 112 years with a pulsating 3-2 victory over to leave United's top-four hopes in tatters on Tuesday.
