New kit accidentally put on sale in US one week before official release

The new Manchester United's highly anticipated adidas kit have been mistakenly unveiled a week before the official release.

Manchester United's contract with Nike will expire on Friday, July 31  before the official release of their adidas kit on Saturday August 1 ahead of the upcoming season.

A picture of the new kit emerged on Saturday, July 25 at US retailer Dick's Sporting Goods which is available for  $90.

A shopper who goes by the name GoodGuyManu posted the photo online which has since gone viral.

The new kit is Reminiscent of the home strip worn by the team during the 1980.

It features features a classic V-neck collar and white bands on the sleeves.

United's deal with adidas worth a staggering £750million over 10 years is set to become a world record partnership.
