In a very torrid week for Liverpool, a ray of hope has finally shone on the club following the contract extension of highly rated forward Jordan Ibe.

Highly rated forward, Jonathan Ibe has signed a new five-year-contract at Liverpool, while Jon Flanagan has also agreed to remain with the club

His friend, Raheem Sterling has been in the news all week after telling the club of his decision to leave the club.
Ibe however sees his future at Liverpool and has sign a new five year deal.
"Liverpool are a great club and I like the philosophy here," Ibe told liverpoolfc.com.
"I've just been brought into the first team and I've enjoyed the games I've played in. Hopefully I can just keep doing well at the club.
"I just want to take that into pre-season and then next season, continuing with how it's been since I've been back here."
Another highly rated youngster, Jon Flanagan has also signed his extension at the club.
The defender who was out of contract this summer has extended his stay by a further 12 months.
