The Colombian national team have completed their own keepy-up bin challenge.

Football teams all around the world have partook in the challenge where they pass the ball with their heads to one another before heading into a bin.

James Rodriguez took to Twitter to share a video of himself and his Colombian teammates completing theirs.

The Real Madrid midfielder was the star of the show as he stood in the middle heading the ball back and forth between his fellow compatriots.

After completing the cycle-which the players formed-the challenge was then successfully completed as the ball was headed into the bin.

All the players celebrated wildly after the completion of the challenge.
