Tunisian fans throw objects at players in training ahead of Champions League clash

During training on Tuesday at the Stade Olympique de Sousse, objects were thrown at the players by some ​​hostile fans.

The Nigerian champions will face Etoile on Wednesday, April 20 with a healthy 3-0 lead from the first leg played in Port Harcourt penultimate weekend.

According to Sahara Reports, this development caused chaos among the Enyimba players as the fled for safety.

Calm was however immediately restored after more security men arrived and some of the unruly fans were escorted out of the Stadium.

Enyimba claim that their opponents, Etoile have done everything possible to make them uncomfortable ahead of the second leg.

On their official Twitter account on Tuesday, Enyimba claimed that their team bus was pulled off at the last minute and the players were forced to use taxis.
