The reigning World Player of the Year returned to Madrid after being in action during the international break for Portugal’s friendly matches, first a 2-1 win against Egypt and a 3-0 defeat to the Netherlands where he was kissed by a pitch invader.
Real Madrid star models new brand of boxers
Cristiano Ronaldo has several brands which include earphones, footwear and fragrances.
Asides being a footballer, Ronaldo is an entrepreneur with several other brands and also owns his own merchandise such as his fragrance, earphones, and footwear.
The 33-year-old showed off the boxers on his body in a post on Instagram on Thursday, March 29.
Ronaldo put up a picture of him wearing the boxers only with no other clothing attire, alongside a message which said, “Double trouble @cr7underwear.”
The Portuguese star is ranked among the richest athletes in the world by magazine as he makes money on the field and off the field through his personal brands, investments and other endorsements.
Ronaldo launched the CR7 underwear range of products in 2015 and also modelled the collection by himself.
The football icon stated that his products are of great design and he intends to "deliver a superior product to my fans."
Ronaldo is expected to be rested by Zinedine Zidane against Las Palmas for Real Madrid’s first leg Champions League quarterfinal fixture with Juventus on Tuesday, April 3.
