Just few hours after their narrow win over Watford, Manchester United players headed to celebrate the birthday of their teammate Chris Smalling.

Smalling turned 26 on Sunday and hosted his teammates to a dinner at a luxury restaurant in Manchester.

The celebrant was in the company of his girlfriend Sam Cooke while Bastian Schweinsteiger arrived for the dinner with his tennis star girlfriend Ana Ivanovic.

Ashley Young, Morgan Schneiderlin, Jesse Lingard, Daley Blind, James Wilson, Phil Jones, Paddy McNair, and Luke Shaw were among the guests.

Captain Wayne Rooney and striker Anthony Martial who missed out on the win against Watford were absent.

Former Manchester United defender Jonny Evans who now plays for West Brom was also in attendance with this ex-teammates to celebrate Smalling’s birthday.
