Wolves coach hails Super Eagles goalkeeper

Wolves coach Kenny Jacket has hailed the Nigerian international and counts on him to be in top form if he is called back to action for the club

 

Coach of English Championship side Wolves has hailed Super Eagles goalkeeper Carl Ikeme, calling him a 'top clash professional'.

The 29-year-old last started a Championship match in August, although he has played six times for Nigeria since then.

He could be however back in post for Wolves against Ipswich this weekend following a thigh injury to first choice goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez.

Wolves coach Kenny Jacket has hailed the Nigerian international and counts on him to be in top form.

“He got a great reception when he came on against . He’s been very professional, done his work trained very well,” Jacket told express and star.com.

“He is very mature and a top class professional.”
