‘’I'm still a West Bromwich Albion player, don't know where that news of me leaving came from,'' Ideye wrote on Instagram

26 year-old striker, Brown Ideye has denied leaving West Bromwich Albion following media reports that he has been sold to a Qatari club, Al Gharafa for 3.8 Million pounds.

The Nigerian international posted on his Instagram on Tuesday that he is still very much a part of the Hawthorns

'I'm still a West Bromwich Albion player, don't know where that news of me leaving came from, me and my family love it here and i will keep on working hard⚽️#lovetheclub #lovethefans.'

Ideye has dropped down the pecking order since the arrival of Tony Pulis in January.

He has only appeared 17 times for the Baggies under former coach Alain Irvine, scoring just twice sinc joining last year.
