Bobby Adekanye who has drawn comparison with Arjen Robben is set to sign for Liverpool


Liverpool set to sign Nigerian wizkid Bobby Adekanye from Barcelona.

The  16-year-old who has drawn comparisons in Holland with Bayern Munich forward Arjen Robben is also being chased by the Dutch FA who wants to secure him for their country ahead of Adekanye's home country Nigeria.

The lightning fast left winger has already played for the Holland Under 16s and signed by Barcelona when he just 12-years-old.

Having spent last season on loan at PSV Eindhoven, Liverpool are trying to secure the services of Adekanye.

His dad confirmed to that he is in talks with The Reds over the tranfer.

“It is true that Liverpool are interested in Bobby Adekanye, I am about to have a meeting now, ” said Ademola Adekanye is quoted to say by the website.

Adekanye left Nigeria to Amsterdam when he was four and joined Ajax at a very young age.
