'A Crocodile bit my fingers,' Bayern Munich, Dutch international winger

Arjen Robben reported to Bayern Munich training with heavily bruised thumb, middle and ring fingers. He said that it was a crocodile that caused the injuries

There was initially no correct explanation for the player's "heavily bruised thumb, middle and ring fingers", but Arjen Robben, came out with a rather unbelievable theory for the injury

Bayern Munich were on a training tour in Qatar and there it was that it happened that Arjen Robben claims he was bitten by a crocodile.

The Dutch international went to retrieve the ball from a lake when the large aquatic reptile lept on the player.

"When I got a ball from the hole by the pool, a crocodile bit me", Robben was quoted in German newspaper, Bild

This reason may be bogus to believe, considering that the crocodiles are alien to Qatar.

Other reports claim that he sustained the injury in a weight session.
