CAF invites two Nigerian referees

CAF have started to recognized Nigerian referees, picking two for the upcoming All African Games

Two Nigerian referees Amao Opeyemi and Bosede Momoh have been chosen by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the football tournaments of the 11th All-Africa Games.

According to the NFF website, Opeyemi will officiate in the men’s event while Momoh will be involved in the women’s tournament.

The NFF initiative of sending Nigerian referees to capacity training in the United Kingdom seem to be recognized by CAF.

The Dream Team and Super Falcons of Nigeria will flying the country's flag in the men and women football tournaments of the 11th All-Africa Games.

Samson Siasia's led U-23 boys will be facing Ghana, Senegal and Egypt in Group B while the Super Falcons have been paired in Group A with Congo-Brazzaville, Tanzania and Cote d’Ivoire.
