Iwobi has been at Arsenal since he was six where he has had a remarkable rise since making his first-team debut in October 2015.
While he has impressed at the club with his performances, the 21-year-old is always late for team meetings and on the bus on matchdays.
According to Wilshere, Arsenal captain Per Mertesacker has set up a fining system for teammates.
“Alex Iwobi gets fined the most at Arsenal for late coming. Mertesacker can't believe it, which is fair,” Wilshere said on .
While answering other questions on his teammates, Wilshere also revealed that the Super Eagles star is one of the best dancers at the club.
“He was dancing earlier in the gym, he likes to dance,” the English midfielder said when he was asked on who the best dancer is at Arsenal.
Iwobi has made 12 Premier League appearances for Arsenal so far this season and has scored just one goal.
In the Europa League, he has played two games without a goal.
