With his breakthrough season now over, Nigerian striker Alex Iwobi is getting to enjoy the benefits of his hard works.

Iwobi finally broke through into the first team at Arsenal and featured regularly for the Gunners towards the end of the season.

With an improved contract, it seems the 20-year-old is beginning to splash the cash on some expensive accessories.

He took to Instagram to show off his diamond wristwatch with the caption ‘diamond dancing’.

His breakthrough at Arsenal has been a surprise to many including head Arsenal's youth academy coach Andries Jonker.

After admitting that never knew the Super Eagles player break into the Arsenal first team, Jonker went on to hail the forward.

He’s the example of a good player who has not been identified by anybody as a potential first-team player,” said Jonker to Arsenal Player.

Many, many people seem to think you have to recognise an under-nine as a potential first-team player.
