Former England and Sunderland FC striker, Adam Johnson appears to have lost his sense of remorse, in addition to a bad moral decision after being convicted of grooming a relationship with an under aged girl causing wide spread criticism, after seen partying in his £2m mansion ten days before he is sentenced for child sex crimes.

His conviction has seen him lose everything he holds most valuable, including the relationship with the mother of his child, Stacy Flounders, his football career and most of all, the public regard.

The 28-year-old former Sunderland winger is currently on bail with a 7pm to 7am curfew after he admitted kissing and touching the teenage fan after grooming her with hundreds of social media messages.

A judge has told him to expect a lengthy jail time for his indiscretion, which is most suitable for an offender who is also a public figure.

According to The Sun, an onlooker who say party revellers leaving his mansion said, "The woman had her shoes off and a bottle of booze in her hand. She was clearly wearing the same clothes she had on the night before.

"She and a male pal waltzed down to the gates and were pressing every button in a bid to get out. They were there for a couple of minutes trying to figure it out.

"Johnson's dad Dave then came out and opened the gates for them. The girl just walked off in her bare feet. She looked a little worse for wear."

In a statement read by a police officer outside court, Johnson's teenage victim said: "I felt used and let down by him.

"It's been the hardest year of my life and I've had to face so much abuse after he claimed his innocence."

Critics summed up Johnson's career as disappointing and mediocre. He is a player who showed promises of having an awesome career, but failed to live up to expectation.
