The 21-year-old’s reputation has kept soaring since his debut season in Spain where he scored eight goals in total and received critical praise for his performances.

He has since become a Super Eagles regular and scored one goal in six games to help Nigeria to a third-place finish at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.

He hasn’t been as good this season although his form has improved since football resumed after the lockdown that was enforced to curb the spread of coronavirus.

This season he has managed just three goals in 35 appearances in all competitions as he continues to struggle with his final decision making.
