Mayweather 37, has been sued by ex-girlfriend Shantel Jackson, scoops into the charge sheet reveal that the Money man as he is fondly called is accused of violence, domestic abuse and second degree murder
According to TMZ Sports, the ex-fiancee, Jackson claims 'Floyd violently abused her back in 2012, after he got off a correctional centre for domestic abuse against another woman'
Another count claims "He twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it," In an argument.
Ms. Jackson claims Mayweather again abused her in April 2013, he "bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking 'Which toe do you want me to shoot?'’
She also claims 'he demanded her to remove her 17 carat diamond engagement ring at gunpoint' and that Mayweather 'invaded her privacy when he posted photos of her sonogram on social media' -- and claimed the "real" reason they broke up is because she "killed our twin babies."
Ms Shantel further added in her suit that 'Mayweather attacked her again in Feb 2014 as she tried leaving the boxer’s Condo in Los Angeles'
She's suing for 'assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more.
Jackson said she met Mayweather when she was a 21-year-old hostess in Atlanta in 2006 and later moved in with him in Las Vegas.
They broke up on May I, 2014 on Mayweather's Instagram and Facebook account
