The New Patriotic Party has often explained that they were delaying because they did not want the NDC to copy portions of their campaign document into their manifesto.
But NDC’s general secretary said the NDC is not scared about its opponents stealing ideas from its manifesto. “We are not scared if they want to take our whole manifesto.”
He also said that if the polls were held in November, instead of the usual December 7, the NDC would still have won because “we are November-December champions.”
