The Dogan News Agency said some were given multiple life sentences, in addition to fines.
In the March 2014 attack, a police officer, a soldier and a truck driver were killed, after the militants were stopped at a roadblock.
Islamic State, starting last year, has been blamed for a series of suicide bombings in the country, including in the capital Ankara and in Istanbul.
