This is due to an injunction secured by the Progressive People’s Party over the ‘high’ filing fees for presidential and parliamentary aspirants.

The plaintiff is among other things seeking the court to declare that “the filing fee is arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable”.

The Presidential nominee of the United Front Party (UFP), Nana Agyenim Boateng was also at the EC office to file his nomination.

President Mahama is expected to submit his form later today (Thursday).
