In case you were wondering, no one truly needs a selfie stick.

Selfie sticks are gradually taking over Nigeria and the world at large, so, lets look at what it entails.

The truth is that a selfie stick is a tool that enables us to keep our phones and cameras aloft in order to take better photos of our surroundings and ourselves.

It takes away those awkward situations where you have to hand your phone over to a total stranger in other to take perfect pictures.

However, all of this come at a cost, one of them being that you have to look a bit ridiculous walking around with your phone attached to a stick.

Another disadvantage is that theses sticks are turning people into accidents waiting to happen.

There is no denying that selfie sticks can come in handy but at what cost?
