New smartphone may be unveiled at CES 2015 - report

According to reports, the company is likely to unveil their new Galaxy S series smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S6 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which will be held early next year.

Samsung Group, the South Korean electronics giant may be unveiling a new product into the gadget world come January 2015.

According to reports, the company is likely to unveil their new Galaxy S series smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S6 at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which will be held early next year.

Though Samsung is known for launching their products mostly in the month of February or March, reports suggest that the company could unveil the new Galaxy S6 sometime between January 6-9 which coincides with the dates of the CES to be held in Las Vegas.

Reports also speculated that the Samsung Galaxy S6 could have a curved screen, a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display, an Exynos 7420 octa-core processor supported by 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.

The device will come with a 20-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front snapper, reports said.

With its latest product, Galaxy S5 failing to impress critics and fans alike, this could be an attempt to hit up its sales and dominance of the market.
