Pulse.ng - Nigeria's online news platform. 24/7 news, gist, music, movies, lifestyle, events, sports and more, has achieved yet another milestone in its successful run at hitting a million likes on Facebook!

The Facebook page doles out the latest news and entertainment topics in Nigeria 24 hours a day, allowing fans to interact with each other and also with the team behind the Facebook page.

"We continued to test/experiment by listening to our fans and audience within the Facebook space, adjusting to what they want,"George Mbam, Pulse.ng Social Media Associate explains.

Since launching its Facebook account in October 2011 Pulse.ng has been a leader in the social media space; the page has over the years, informed, educated and entertained fans with exciting, inspiring and compelling content which was part of the reasons the Facebook page got verified early this year.

With proper selection of engaging content including videos, pop quizzes and more, the social media team has also created a one-on-one relationship with every fan by replying comments and following up on feedback. Little wonder how the journey to one million came so easy.

Also, Pulse’s Instagram page has been verified, receiving the exclusive blue badge specially reversed for well-known public figures, celebrities and global brands. Another success in Pulse’s trophy cabinet.

This is the beginning to many more millions. Check out Pulse's Facebook here.
