The Osun state Youth Empowerment Scheme on Technology (OYESTECH) is a joint initiative between the state government and RLG.

The Adelawo technology city has directly employed 150 persons and trained 1,500 in the last one year.
Speaking to newsmen at the launch of new rlg products manufactured in the technology city, Governor Rauf Aregbesola said: "this plant, a public-private partnership with RLG Global is the biggest in Africa and the first of its kind in Nigeria, given the potential of the electronics gadgets in Nigeria, from mobile phones, LCD TVs, tablets etc, the potentials are very great"
Adding that the Adelawo technology city has directly employed 150 persons and trained 1,500 in the last one year.
Telecom giant, Airtel was also at the occasion to lend their support.
Airtel Nigeria's MD/CEO, Segun Ogunsanya said. 'If you marry technology with the right price, you create a vibrant market and with the knowledge you provide, you lift more people out of poverty. We will continue to partner rlg and Osun.'
Ogunsanya also added that Airtel has placed orders for the new rlg mobile phones, citing that the they meet the company's standard.
