Pulse Tech was directed to Tempo’s official statement on its website when they were contacted for comments.
In an official announcement released online, Tempo said “Joining the Salesforce family will give us the opportunity to continue our mission at a much larger scale.”

This latest acquisition follows Microsoft’s buy over of another calendar app-Sunrise.
