Incubator will be hosting its first event in Lagos, to talk investing in tech startups

The speakers will talk about investing the tech startups in Nigeria and the theme of the event will be "MEST Talk Lagos: Investing in Tech Startups."

Startup incubator Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) will be hosting its first event in Lagos and it will be an interactive session/fireside chat with speakers who have experience in the Nigerian startup scene.

MEST was founded in 2008 and has become an established incubator and training programme that offers full scholarships, mentorship and subsidized office spaces to aspiring African entrepreneurs with the aim of building companies that are globally successful.

The session will be moderated by Neku Atawodi, founder of Malaik, an impact-focused approach to equity crowdfunding in Africa and MEST Lagos Incubator's general manager.

The event will hold at Café Neo in Ikoyi on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 6-9PM.
