The Hot Note with 2GB RAM now available online

The device currently ships with Android Kitkat, but will be upgradable to Lollipop at some point.

Infinix Hot Note

A couple of weeks ago, media reports revealed that Infinix was gearing up for the release of an updated version of its popular Hot Note device.

According to Techsuplex, Bruno Li, Infinix Mobility Country Manager said “We are proud to unveil the 16+2 version of Infinix Hot Note which is the perfect complement to individuals who value a hip and trendy lifestyle. We see this phone as a perfect reward for those special breed of people who identify with trendiness and we know that the general market will appreciate this new phone.”

The device, is identical to the original one – featuring the same 5.5 Inch LED display, 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel camera front camera, 1.3Ghz quad core processor and 4000mAh battery. The major difference between both phones is that the new variant comes with twice the RAM (2GB).

The device currently ships with Android Kitkat, but will be upgradable to Lollipop at some point.

According to the Techsuplex report, the device is already available on Slot, Jumia and Konga.
