Uber is stepping up its game in the Indian market. It has added a new feature that will ensure the safety of its passengers.

The new panic button feature will send the location of the driver, vehicle and passenger to the police few minutes after it is set off by the passenger.

This safety features will restore customer confidence in the Taxi hailing company, and also secure for it a place in what seems to be the largest market outside of the United States of America.
