HP is only  second to worldwide leader Lenovo in consumer PC sales and it is looking to take that a step further with the launch of its latest product dubbed the Spectre.

The Spectre, launched last Thursday, April 7, 2016, in Paris, is currently the world's thinnest laptop, coming in at 10.4 millimeters to best the Apple, Lenovo and Asus alternatives.

HP's latest PC has a carbon-fibre body, a backlit keyboard and a glass trackpad. It also sports 8GB of RAM and two processor variants, an Intel Core i7 or i5.

The laptop is also equipped with Intel's new hyperbaric cooling system, which works by pushing hot air out, and drawing in cool air to maintain the devices temperature for optimum performance.

Both the design aesthetics and functionalities of this new laptop bring a different kind of innovation of the entire PC game as a whole.

There is no word yet on when it will be available in Nigeria, but that should be before the middle of the year, according to our sources.
