Nigeria techies feature heavily on AppsAfrica Awards final shortlist

The initiative intends to shine the spotlight on African startups in the mobile tech ecosystem deserving of recognition.

Mobile penetration in Africa has seen a large increase with mobile apps gradually taking over our phone storage.

Creative apps developed by Africans is on a steady rise. In celebration of that, the AppsAfrica Innovation Awards 2017 is recognizing startups across a variety of categories making an impact with these apps as a touch point.

Here is the final shortlist of nominated apps by African entrepreneurs making a difference with tech related ventures using mobile as a tool.
