Apple's new iOS update offers a lot of changes and improvements on previous versions.

Apple’s latest update, iOS 8.3, was released last week but there weren’t any specific details regarding the newest features which you can use in your day-to-day activities. Here are five of the coolest features you’ll find on your latest iOS update.

If you don’t have Touch ID enabled for purchases from the Apple App store, you can now easily tweaked the password setting so you no longer have to enter your password every time you want to make a download of any free item from the iBook Store or the iTunes App Store.

Once this is done, you will no longer be required to put in your password for free downloads.

If your car has Apple’s CarPlay, you’ll love this new feature. With the new iOS 8.3 and compatible CarPlay systems, you can use CarPlay wirelessly from your phone so you don’t have to plug in your device into your car.

Consult your CarPlay system to find out how to enable this feature.

3. Speakerphone calls with Siri

With the new iOS 8.3 update, you can make speakerphone calls using Siri as you normally would to call a contact except this time, you add “using speakerphone” after the comment. For example, you can make a speakerphone call using Siri using the following phrase:

“Call [Contact Name] using speakerphone”

Siri then initiates a call as per normal but the call will be placed on speakerphone, allowing you to be completely hands-free during the entire call. Furthermore, when you pair this with the “Hello Siri” command to wake Siri when your phone is plugged in, you can start a phone call on speakerphone without ever needing to touch your phone.

4. Filter for your iMessage conversations

The message app on the new update include a new feature that lets you filter out messages based on your contact list easily. This feature gives you the opportunity to choose which messages you want focus on at a particular time.

5. iMessage spam report

This feature lets you report a message, from a sender who is not on your contact list, to Apple as a junk message when you receive a message from them. Marking a message as junk automatically reports the sender to Apple.
