The network provider is also thanking customers for sticking with them through the difficult times faced with using the various services.
Customers of the mobile service formerly known as Etisalat Nigeria over the past weeks have been experiencing problems with the SMS, data and voice services of the network provider.
In a statement signed by 9mobile's Vice President, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Lamis Dikko, it was explained that the technical glitches experienced was caused by a network outage in one of its data centres.
"As a business we are committed to rendering quality services to our esteemed sunbscribers. We regret any inconvenience the outage may have caused and thank you for your understanding and continued patronage," the company stated in the dailies released Wednesday, August 30, 2017.
9mobile, formerly known as Etisalat, announced its brand name change in July 2017 after months of attempted take-overs from a consortium of Nigerian banks which it owes a $1.2 billion loan.
