4 areas the new minister of transportation should pay attention to

Find out what areas need Rotimi Ameachi's urgent attention.

Bad roads

Rotimi Ameachi is the new minister of transportation.

In light of this new appointment, Pulse Nigeria is calling the former governor's attention to the following areas.

Bad roads- This is a big problem for Nigeria because it is a major cause of traffic. This should be Ameachi's first concern.

Railway- In order to sort out the traffic issues in Nigeria, Ameachi needs to work on the pre-existing railways. Also, he needs to construct new ones and build underground railways/stations. This will go a long way in alleviating the terrible traffic situation parts of Nigeria are known for.

Aviation- Aviation in Nigeria is a sham and is barely coping. As the newly appointed minister of transportation, Ameachi needs to focus on this area.

Traffic- There is so much traffic in urban cities like Lagos, Port Harcourt and so on. Ameachi has to find a way to decongest the traffic as persistent gridlocks cause waste of time, accidents that sometimes result in loss of lives, property and loss of money.
