Governor Ambode urges motorists to obey all traffic rules

The Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has appealed to motorists to obey traffic rules and regulations.

Road users have been advised to obey all traffic rules and regulations.

Represented by his Special Adviser on Transport, Anofiu Elegushi, the governor appealed to motorists to obey the rules, as it would avert road accidents.

Governor Ambode also spoke on the use of speed limiting devices, which he said would serve as the ultimate control mechanism against speed violation and road crashes.

He was supported by the FRSC Marshal, Mr. Boboye Oyeyemi, who was represented by the Deputy Marshal, Motor Vehicle Administration, Theophilus Charles.

The FRSC Marshal said the installation of these devices would reduce the alarming rate of speed induced crashes.
