Buhari to launch APC campaign in Akure

Adesanya also revealed that the launch of the campaign is slated for Thursday, November 3, 2016.

In a statement signed by the party’s State Publicity Secretary, Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya, said the launch of the campaign was fixed for Thursday, November 3, 2016.

Adesanya added that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, National Chairman of the party, Chief John Oyegun, the National Leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, will accompany the President.

He also said the President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and all the APC state governors would be present.

He noted that 30-man Local Organising committee for the campaign had been inaugurated and is chaired by Mr Agboola Ajayi, for the Nov.26 governorship election in the state.
