This was the agreement reached at the Council of State meeting which held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015.

The Council also resolved that Buhari and Vice President-elect, Yemi Osinbajo, would tour the Presidential Villa on May 28.
This was disclosed by Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu to journalists after the meeting.
Aliyu added that a dinner would hold on May 28 while the inauguration of the new government would hold on May 29.
