Former Head of State turns 72

Buhari was born in Katsina State on 7 December 1942 and was Head of State from 31 December 1983 – 27 August 1985.

Former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari is 72 years old today, December 17, 2014.

He was nominated as the presidential flag-bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on December 11.

Buhari will be contesting in the 2015 presidential elections after previous attempts in 2003, 2007 and 2011.
