The official PDP twitter handle @OfficialPDPNig, posted as thus:

"The @OfficialPDPNig urges Nigerians to remain resilient and focused. Our party will, in due course, address Nigerians on the way forward in the overall quest to retrieve stolen mandates, rescue our nation from dictatorial forces and reinforce democratic practice in our country.

Nevertheless, the @OfficialPDPNig remains strong and united in the face of all odds. Nigeria is our nation and no individual or group can appropriate our collective sovereignty as a people at all times.

According to reports gathered by Pulse Nigeria, as at press time, the All Progressive Congress (APC) was leading the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with a wide margin in Bayelsa state, after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the results of six out of eight local governments in the state.

However, further announcement of the results of the governorship election in Kogi State has been postponed till 9 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019 due to non-arrival of results from Lokoja Local Government and Ibaji Local Government areas.

Pulse also gathered that before the postponement, the incumbent Gov. Yahaya Bello of APC was leading Mr Musa Wada of PDP and 23 other candidates.
