Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan

The All Progressives Congress’ (APC) National chairman Chief John Oyegun has bragged that the ruling party will win the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Bayelsa State.

Speaking in Abuja while receiving a delegation of some People Democratic Party (PDP) leaders from the state, who visited the APC leader.

The immediate past Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan  hails from Bayelsa and the state is currently under the PDP leadership, but sources said the PDP members who consulted with Oyegun are cementing plans to dump the PDP for APC.

He said: “I want to say clearly that the leadership of APC is very happy that people of your caliber have finally seen the truth about what is going on in all the PDP governing state.”
